No, any prior bookkeeping will need to be completed prior to onboarding at the cost of the package selected per month completed.
Basic support is email only. Each email in basic support will be replied to within 72 hours of receiving. No meetings and no phone support.
Premium support includes everything in basic, plus optional meetings with your CPA whenever you want. Also includes quick answers via email within 24 hours of receiving. Premium support is best if you want to be able to have phone or online meetings with your CPA during the year.

12 months. Each engagement period includes all tax returns, support, reviews, and more. Once 12 months has passed, you many renew the engagement or cease the service.
